Masonic Ladies' Festival Weekend

Programme of Events

Friday

Bar Lunches are available in the lounges 12 midday - 2pm.  Bedrooms are available from 2pm onwards. 
A four course Table D'Hote dinner is served in the main restaurant from 7 p.m. until 8.30 p.m. last orders.
There is dancing in the Bay Lounge or Peveril Suite from 9pm until midnight.
The bar remains open throughout the night.

Saturday

Purbeck Leisure Suite is open 7am.  Full English Breakfast is served in the main restaurant from 8am until 9.30am.
Wine orders, from the well stocked wine list, are taken in the morning for the festival banquet.
After breakfast, guests may wish to visit the town for a spot of shopping or enjoy a frame of snooker on the full size table.
Bar lunches are available 12 midday - 2pm
The President's Reception is at 5.45pm when the President and his Lady will receive the Brethren, their Ladies and guests.  Full bar facilities are made available and a photographer will be present.

The Festival Banquet commences at 6.30pm in the Peveril Suite, followed by Speeches, and entertainment.  The Music plays on until 1am.  Full bar facilities available throughout.

Sunday

Breakfast is served in the main restaurant from 8am until 9.30am
After breakfast a brisk walk along the cliff top might be in order, returning for coffee served in the lounges.  Or alternatively one final soak in the swimming pool.
Rooms are to be vacated by 10.30am.
Carved Buffet Lunch is served in the main restaurant 12.30pm until 1.30pm.
After lunch it's time to say a fond farewell until next year!

Bay View Court Hotel Provides:

• Organises all administration of correspondence and collection of payment from members and others attending weekend
• Payment of deposits and total balance on accommodation

There is a reduced rate for those not attending Friday night, also for those only attending the Banquet.
